Cleaning Junction Housekeeping Services
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of housekeeping and cleaning services by Cleaning Junction (“Company”) to its clients (“Client”) for residential and corporate premises. By engaging our services, the Client agrees to comply with and be bound by these terms.
2. Scope of Services
Cleaning Junction provides professional cleaning and housekeeping services, including but not limited to:
- Residential cleaning (apartments, villas, societies)
- Corporate and office cleaning
- Deep cleaning services
- Sanitization and disinfection services
- Pantry and housekeeping staff support
The exact scope of work will be defined in the service agreement or quotation.
3. Service Schedule
- Services will be provided on agreed dates and times.
- Any changes must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.
- Delays due to unavoidable circumstances (traffic, weather, emergencies) will be informed promptly.
4. Pricing and Payment Terms
- All services will be charged as per the agreed quotation or contract.
- Payments must be made in advance or within the agreed credit period.
- Late payments may attract additional charges or suspension of services.
- Any additional services requested beyond the agreed scope will be charged separately.
5. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
- Provide access to the premises at the scheduled time
- Ensure availability of water, electricity, and basic utilities
- Inform the Company of any fragile, valuable, or sensitive items
- Secure cash, jewelry, and confidential materials company and its employees will not responsible for your belongings.
6. Equipment and Materials
- The Company will provide cleaning equipment and materials unless otherwise agreed.
- If Client-provided materials are used, the Company is not responsible for their effectiveness or damage caused.
7. Health and Safety
- The Company follows standard safety and hygiene practices.
- Clients must inform the Company of any hazardous conditions or materials on-site.
- The Company is not liable for health issues arising from pre-existing conditions at the premises.
8. Damages and Liability
- The Company will take utmost care while delivering services.
- Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
- Liability is limited to repair or replacement of damaged items, subject to verification.
- The Company is not responsible for pre-existing damages or wear and tear.
9. Cancellation and Rescheduling
- Cancellation must be informed at least 24 hours in advance.
- Last-minute cancellations may incur charges.
- The Company reserves the right to reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances.
10. Staff Conduct and Replacement
- All staff are trained and verified.
- In case of dissatisfaction, replacement staff will be provided upon request.
- Clients must not directly employ or engage Company staff without prior consent.
11. Confidentiality
- The Company respects client privacy and confidentiality.
- Any information observed during service will not be disclosed to third parties.
12. Termination of Services
- Either party may terminate the agreement with prior notice as per contract terms.
- Immediate termination may occur in case of misconduct, non-payment, or breach of terms.
13. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be held liable for delays or failure to perform services due to events beyond control, including natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.
14. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of local courts.
15. Amendments
Cleaning Junction reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
